Hello!
Can anyone recomend a good shop (one thats Graflex oriented) to do some work on my Speed Graphic? Preferrably on the West Coast---California-ish? Thanks!

Hello John,
What kind of work? I would be curious.
Robert McClure - Atlanta
Robert,
The guides that align the front rails so they'll retract into the 'box' are worn out, causing the front standard to not to want to nest correctly. This is on an old gal, a 5x7---great camera---so I don't want to force anything! Its also 100% original so I'd like to retain it's collector's value as well as being able to use it for what it was meant for which is why I don't want to try to cobble up a repair myself(though I am a master duck tape & super gluer!) This camera deserves better.
FWIW I called Fred and spoke with his wife, apparently he's back in business which is good news!
