    LF @ Sochi Olympics

    Yes, the venerable old Graflex is still in use today, NBC ran a vignette about a press photographer at the Sochi Olympics using his trusty Graflex.

    Thats Dave Burnett, famous for this type of thing, did the same at the Beijing olympics and one of the recent US presidential campaigns. Great stuff.

    It is the Kodak 178mm f2.8 Aero Ektar lens.

    Interesting.

    That film strip surrounding the images on display, was real film or just digital overlay to look like a film strip? From what I could make out I had never seen any of the coding numbers...

    Love the way that the info babe can't even say the word "photographing", she actually says "photographying". Pretty sad statement on how far NBC news has fallen.
