Mt. Yonah, as seen from Buck Shoals WMA
    Noblex 150U, FP4+, Pyrocat

I've half a mind to complain to someone in the state park management department. Behind that tree there is a massive and ugly cell phone tower that was constructed sometime between now and last time I visited this WMA, completely ruining the landscape. I have no idea how such a ridiculous, ugly placement of a cell tower, and not even one of the "camouflaged" ones, was approved. There is actually a little viewing area up on the top of the hill to the left, where the cell tower becomes the most prominent feature of the lookout area. What a disappointment. I grabbed this shot and one on 4x5 and left, since this was literally the only shot possible for hiding it behind the tree.

Read Edward Abbey's "Monkey Wrench Gang" and next time bring dynamite as part of your site prep gear.

That was a great read. And Bryan the dynamite is fine as long as you are prepared to deal with the consequences.

I guess it's just me and Reinhold, having a back and forth conversation. Hello, Reinhold. :-)

It’s very hard to follow Reinhold and Austin! I’ll take one for the team. This is taken with a Mamiya 7 on TMY in Pyrocat HD.
