Zeiss Super Ikonta that my father bought new in 1937. Taken at Shirakawa-go during our last trip to Japan a couple of years back. I lived there from 1987 to 1992.I got married when I lived there and our home language is still Japanese.
Edit Somehow a couple of color photos got uploaded in error - they seem to be still showing up - not sure how to undo them
Thanks Alan, 6X6TLL, Roger. I do have a few signed copies of the Point Reyes book left if anyone is interested. The images go back to my early days in photography, and are a bit different than what I'm doing now. I suspect some people prefer them, ha. Also, fair warning, the book contains quite a lot of writing. I'll never quiz you about it or anything, but I just want to let you know what you're in for. :-)
Regarding problems with Ilford film, I'm a little relieved to hear it wasn't just me. It was driving me crazy! Mostly FP4, lots of weird spots, very frustrating. Hopefully, if enough people bring it to their attention, they'll sort it out if they haven't already.

I like how the glass has a paper-like appearance.
Tomorrow we will be building the day after tomorrow; see, it's tomorrows to infinity, except of course for the fact that it's always today, and tomorrow never ever comes. Damn, it makes my head hurt. It's like a Zen koan; "what is the sound of one hand clapping?"
