Thanks for the comments guys. I don't understand what makes people leave junk on the tops of mountains, but their doing so creates some interesting photo opportunities.

Tuco: How did you set the exposure for this one (what area did you use, what zone did you put it on)? I've done similar shots with local Christmas lighting, but exposure is always an issue.
