    your suggestion may be the motivation i have needed...
    ...just hope my attempts can live up to the quality of the truly fine images on this thread.

    oh, vaughn, your mention of the wee little square format is timely...this afternoon i was thinking of loading up my Diana with fp4+!!! it's ready now.

    No, just a tripod. Both shots were wide open, so neither exposure was especially long.
