Jim, I like this a whole lot. The subtle reflection, the lines and the tones come together quite well. Very well done.

If we’re talking North Dakota, that means I-94 and I-29.

Scenes from N.D. must be at least 50 miles from the Dwight D. Eisenhower National System of Interstate and Defense Highways.

So most of Route 2 looks good – except 50 miles on either side of Grand Forks.

Also, there seems to be an understandig that "rural" is synonymous with "old". Doesn't anyone photograph how people live today?

I find it interesting how people perceive things. When I'm in a rural area, I tend to photograph the "here and now", whereas I look for yesteryear in a big city. And I am from a rural area. Is there a relationship?

You must mean the farmer’s daughter.

    She’ll show up eventually.

Maybe riding a tractor, a piece of straw in her mouth.
