I bought a Apo Ronar 480mm (really cheap), but when it came in, I saw that the front lens element was in bad shape. I openend it up. I never seen these kind of marks before. It is a process lens....

Is there any way you can tell what kind of coating is used or do you have to look that up by serial number? Reading more about it, I think I might go for the 480mm if I can find one decently priced....
