Set up my 5x7 Nagaoka woody camera with a 6x7 back and took these on my workbench with photo flood lights. The Kodak Ektar 203mm F7.7 lens did the job. Home processed HP5 in D-23 printed on Ilford...

Very natural lighting on the figurine Tuco. Is this flash, or incandescent?

Sounds like a creative idea I haven’t tried before. I wouldn’t size the paper until you see if the paper will hold up in the wash. The paper falling apart would be my first concern.
Color? How...
It was only 10 hours. I even had time to stop at Central Camera but they are not open on Tuesdays.

Saw the exhibit today and was impressed Big beautiful prints. The smallest were 30x40” and very high resolution. I loved his way of finding patterns in the chaos of the midwest landscape. I’m...

It seems that she never printed her work. The narrator said they found her negatives. If this is the case she never edited and selected what she wanted to be seen. This is very internal...
Got in the new darkroom this morning and made my first prints in the tiny space. I was working in a tiny format at well; 110. Here is a diptych taken with a Tasco Binocular camera on Lomo Orca 110...
I too have recently purchased a PM2L and after reading the instructions and using it with the spot I immediately realized its potential to save paper, chemicals and time while printing. Now I am in...
I think I will hang some color pictures. I grow veggies and not flowers.
I am realizing this morning that I probably will not be needing the Gralab timer. I prefer to use an old Kodak wind up...

Yes, I am concerned with a gloomy darkroom as well as light reflecting off the ceiling and effecting the enlargement. I am going to paint tomorrow and have decided to go with a medium gray,...
I am prepping for painting and need some more thoughts on ceiling paint.it is a small room and know that just painting a dark color over the enlarger would be a big chunk of the ceiling. Should I...
More progress.
Finished sheathing the inside of the darkroom, the fan baffle, and the vent hole. I always like some peg board over the sink to hang tools and hoses.
When I put up the ceiling I...

Moving forward the framing is done and the door hung. I also tentatively mounted the vent fan to the side of the darkroom so I can visualize where it should go. I got the fan at the ReStore and I...
I considers smaller framing because it just needs to block the light, but after visiting the lumberyard there was no strait pieces to be bought! Even the 2x4 are twisted and warped. Hopefully the...
Framing mostly complete. This is reminding me of the darkroom that my dad built for me when I was a teen, but with the temperature controlled water and wall to wall sink I wished I had....
Fortunately everything but the sun exposure will be inside the darkroom. I started some framing this morning but had to stop when my masonry bit dulled. You can see from the picture how tiny this...

I've downsized from 5x7 otherwise I might have posted this in the “Have you downsized from 8x10” topic. I can’t afford a box of 5x7 film at the moment. Here is a huge enlargement from a 110...

Zxzoomy,
All cameras have a learning curve, but your Ikonta is doing a good job for it’s age, and I don’t notice any light leaks. Your medium format slides would look great projected on a big...
