The Wollensak 300mm 4.5 is really nice. Mine is very sharp with decent contrast. It covers with no problem. The betax shutters of this size are pretty easy to fix too.

I don't actually remember how much you can see the writing on the back of the paper...it may not make a big difference...I've always just used papers without writing. You should get pretty high...
