Clouds rolled in last evening here so no third chance. You may remember this Barn Door Tracker I made some years ago. It would have been good for your second shot. It's good for couple of minutes...

I like the second one. I missed Friday and made a little effort Saturday but I didn't see anything. I probably needed to head further out of town to get away from lights.

Yeah it kinda looks like an oil surface. I think it was the inflatable's prop wash. He circled in place before docking changing the surface pattern seen in the upper LH corner is my guess.
