Re: Ebony 45 lens board hole offset question

It does make sense that the 5x7 Ebony has the two dots on the front standard, as you mention the 5x7 and 8x10 were set to use either a Sinar size lens board with centered hole, or the Ebony adapter...

Re: Ebony 45 lens board hole offset question

There are only two dots, and when they are aligned the lens standard is zeroed.

I'll try contacting Ebony or a knowledgeable Ebony retailer so I can get an answer.

Re: Missing Tmax RS part B, What to do?

True the dealer is replacing it. That's not the point. I was just hoping to salvage the developer, and not have to dump it down the drain. Pointless to return it to Adorama or Kodak. I was hoping...

Re: Missing Tmax RS part B, What to do?

MIchael, yes I contacted Adorama, where I mail ordered from, and they are shipping a free replacement. I'm just hoping there is an easy enough way to use the part A. Hate to throw out a $20 bottle of...

Missing Tmax RS part B, What to do?

I recently received a shipment of Kodak Tmax RS developer. The small bottle of part B had leaked most of the liquid out. The large bottle of part A is fine.

I hate to throw out the A. Is there a...

Re: Wide aperture performance of 110mm to 120mm lenses

    Thank you Bernice.

I've found a 110mm XL to buy in nice condition, so will see how it fits my needs. The wide coverage might come in handy at times.

I used Leica M cameras for many years (many...

Re: Wide aperture performance of 110mm to 120mm lenses

Thank you to everyone for all the information about the 110 and filters. It sounds like it would be wise to use a step up ring with wider filter. Certainly a minor expense to protect an expensive...

Re: Wide aperture performance of 110mm to 120mm lenses

    One other question.

The 110 Super Symmar has threads for a back filter. I've always just used front filters. But can see the benefits of the smaller filter on this lens.

    I've read that when...
