ty!!! Is $8k a reasonable price?
I asked a dealer in U.K. his machine was $7k, but plus shipping and building a wooden box will be more than $8k.

Hi Ari,
Ive always wanted to try wet mounting, what would you say the pros & cons on wet-mounting vs. using film holder?
wax? scratches are everywhere. Am I being unpractical to think of replacing the glass? have you heard of people doing it?
How would you wax it?
any tutorial I can find online to give it a try?
ya, i used medium sharpen and dust removal tools.
will try another scan without these settings
I think you are right. Negative looks underexposed. I had no idea on the connection between underexposure & grain
Lesson learned!!
thank you

I am using a trusted lab, but I want to play safe.
I think I might be stupidly give them the film holders vs. have them stacked in the box.
as you can see, I am new.
thanks for the quick...
i took 2 shots on the same spot.
The other shot doesnt have the light leak.
But I remember the sun was hitting the camera. That shouldn't be the issue, i was thinking the sun might hit the film...
this might sound cheesy, but for the important shots, do you separate them and develop them separately in a different time in the lab?
In case the lab screw up all the important ones at a time....
Hi
I am digitalizing my negs, a few questions popped up during the archiving process
