seems my signature has as dead link... while the "basic Information" section has pencils next to everything,
the signature section below has no pencil next to it... feel free to remove the links...
Play, play, play, without hinderance of editorial oversight... throw off the restraints, print the ones you want... and if you don't want to print any of those, go shoot some more, reconnect with why...
lovely work, takpro [wish I had more 532!]
Beautiful, love your framing and the way the you've emphasized the little group of trees, always enjoy you work. Mat.

That is an awesome scene, how was this colorized?
looks awesome, is that 80/20 extruded aluminum? I image the electronics are designed for an environment with liquids....
That is just an awesome use of the format, top work!
A glorious image, one for the ages... great work, Karl!
Luscious detail and tonality, very fine work
nice work with what looks to be a crown graphic, a venerable camera!
Keep it up!

Try Glass Key in SF, they're stocked and fast.
you could always go michael kenna style: trip the shutter, cover the camera with something dew protective, sleep until the alarm goes off [and before the sun comes up], and then close the shutter :)
The times I was doing a lot of night work, TMY2 seemed the best for LF, reciprocity-wise, fullmoon I was getting usable exposures in 10 minutes.
if I have to use it again, I'll use a wash cloth first, and then blow-dryer to dry it out, only takes a few minutes
For me - Ilford MGFB warmtone is by far my favorite paper - it just prints really well has a great look, tones easily, etc, though FOMA 532 II is very nice as well...
these fit my printing style...
this is pretty cool, sort of like a split filtered approach applying toning to one part of the spectrum... say the darks/mids, leaving the highlights alone... nice work and thanks for sharing...
apologies, I was being obtuse, I was referring to an inner state of mind...
love my chamonix, go forth an capture light! :)
I'd say the the four corners area: wonder, curiosity, freedom, and openness :)
This is just plain awesome! Creative, well built, and looks like fun! I'll bet you could even mount an LED source inside and do contact printing to get a positive ;) [yeahbutcanit...]
That second one looks impossible, and I dig the surrealism of it... top work
well, I dunno about all that, but it is a nice spot, "Quien Sabe" as they say :)
8x10 on the back roads of Hollister... toothy grin included... guess I was glad to be out of the house...

Great thread, this is a little simple compared to most here, rather like a point-n-shoot :)

Beautiful, thoughtful work, a compassionate window
just epic, gorgeous results, the universe is yours!
beautiful work, the interior shot is just classic, but I enjoy all that you posted, you have a good eye, and a hand at the craft

Planning to attend!
at least some people used type 54 for it's own sake, I know I did. I was learning and it was a quick way to get 4x5 images, made nice handheld images in the field. Great for pinhole! I've got...
looks like a fine print, Karl - keep it up :)
My favorite 4x5, have many cameras, the only issue I had was getting the front standard 'square',
so I had a small piece piece of aluminium machined, but frankly, even a credit card will do... ...
