What's the consensus on whether and what Hypo Check chemistry works?
I use the Edwal solution. It seems that the fixer exhausts a lot quicker than what it's supposed to.
Thanks in advance!

I have the Kelty system and am totally enamored with it. Light weight and versatile. Side pouches I use for film holders, altho if raining I move to center and put other gear in the sides. It's easy...
Flexogloss was the old stuff. Smelled great and worked great. Long gone I think. Now, it's B&H that carries a print flattener concentrate that works pretty well.

Thanks! Learned a lot. What I need 1/2 stops for is making unsharp masks. I recently took a class with Greg Gallagher and he uses a (?Schneider) enlarging lens which has 1/3 stops. It makes it much...
Which of the myriad 135 mm enlarging lenses out there has 1/3 stop clicks? Thanks!!

Bob (if you're watching), or anyone else: What is the small white plastic tube that runs along the right side of the drop bed designed to do? It just seems to get in the way when I extend the lens...

What Dallmyer do you have? I just received a 6" f/5.6 Dallmyer that I've fitted to a Linhof board. Now I need a model like yours I can try it on. I've been looking for a Petzval but can't seem to win...
The Dunco easel is a superb instrument. Good luck finding one in the States. I have worn out the gas piston that holds up the blade carrier and I can't find anyone wanting to sell me a replacement ....
Well, if you are planning on portraiture then a 4X5 camera with a rangefinder for quick focusing would be a BIG help. That would include the Speed Graphic and (my favorite) a Linhof Super Technika...
My God those are beautiful. I live in Central Indiana and totally missed this announcement when I was in Valparaiso recently. If you can, go to the Chesterton Art Gallery and see Greg Gallagher's LF...
I was just looking at the KEH bulletin and drooling over those Grandagons! Looks like there is one less now!!! My Caltar 90 just doesn't have quite the coverage I need for architecture shots. Wonder...
I'm watching that too. Might be a good way to attach an old lens and add a shutter.

Not to be an alarmist but apparently there are issues with one or more of the circuit boards in Multigraph heads. This according to Jens at Jensen Optical, who has my power source now repairing it....
Thanks. I found 2 Veach Engineering firms. One in Tacoma and one in Texas. Any guidance before I call and confuse someone on the other end? Ha!

I'd like to attach a Metz 45 to the right side of my ST IV but the Metz flash attachment won't grip the right side Jones bracket. Does anyone know of a way to do this? Thanks......

I suspect I'll wait for a msg from Durst and probably send it in. Pretty sure there is a microprocessor on the blink... Thanks...
Steve
Reanto: I found the owner's manual at the Durst site (eventually). It was no help in fixing the problem so I have an emaill into Durst.it. Fingers crossed. Thanks
Steve
renato: I would be thrilled if you could do that! I live in Indiana and the keyboard on the Mutigraph is all lit up and I can't get it to reset! Let me know what I can pay you for the copy........
