That's really pretty!
any focus shift stopping down from wide open?
Zhang and Layton,
Are/were you using the 14" in barrel or shutter? I'm very curious to know what it looks like wide open (in shutter, beyond f11), if it would be worthwhile lengthening that slot...
I bought a barrel Trigor 14in 7 months ago and it became an instant favourite. Not because of the sharpness but because of the general rendering. I'd love to see some sample shots from the shorter...

It depends on the lens. A regular plasmat like Sironar and Symmar etc will cover just fine, while other lens designs like Ronar and Artar will not.
Google is your friend.

Availability in Europe is good. I originally bought some as backup but ended up really liking the results with Delta 100 a lot so I kept using it. Handling and price is much better than Perceptol,...
Very nice!
Thank you both. It was a very special afternoon in the archipelago. Snow and wind between proper blizzards. Calm and chaotic at the same time

In the grand scheme of things it is of course very recent. But then again, so is the indonesian amputee.

I have not. I shoot 4x5 and the border of coverage is at around 10cm shift on the Sironar, where the angle against the ground glass makes it very hard to judge anything.
Hello Sinar lovers
I have one Apo Sironar-S 210 on a Sinar DB board and a Nikkor-W 210 in a copal 1 shutter. I'd like to have it the other way around.
