Linhof Serial Number Date & Model?

Hi Bob,
Would you identify year of manufacture of two Linhof Press 70's?

older one is 9740
newer one is 1841072 has strange horizontal wind handle on side.

Parts look compatible and I hope to make one working example out of the two.

My copy of "The Linhof Camera Story" says the Press 70 was made from 1963 to 1979.

I know this is a place for Linhof serial numbers but I'm desperate. I want to replace the bellows on my Linhof Technika III Version 5, S/N 55487 and I'm asked if it's bellows with an off centre front (no clue what that means) and they also also need front and rear sizes just confirm correct model. What sizes and how do I measure these ? I'm a new user of the Linhof and actually a newcomer to large format photography.
I hope I didn't upset anyone by posting this here. Any help would be much appreciated

Interesting that's is a V!

Makes sense as that is what the guarantees says!

I'm guessing the seller was confused as the manual was for a IV. Photos attached for those who might be interested in such things.
