Drake's Beach, Point Reyes National Seashore

This one came out pretty much as I envisioned it, despite a howling wind that kept the dark cloth flapping across the ground glass and constantly changing light as the fog came and went by the moment.

Nice formal harmonics and tone, Bill.
Lassethomas, this last one is extraordinary.

    Thanks Philip.
Here is another one taken a couple of hours earlier. All sheets between these two were ruined because I turned the ring on the shutter the wrong way in the darkness, not bothering to check. So instead of T I got 1/400. There are a million ways...
But I've got these two so I shouldn't complain.
And I really love the shooting stars far right on the first image.

Beautiful! I have to say I prefer this one over the other.

    Both shots are fabulous.
But, I prefer this one - somehow more moody.
The shooting star is just a wonderful bonus.
Controlling the reciprocity must have been a heck of a challenge.

That’s beautiful. How long was the exposure, and how did you develop the negative?
