Thank you Steven and takpro! Here is another image fresh off the scanner This was my 1st time using the Arista E6 kit and I find that the colors are a little warmer and somehow there is grain visible on Velvia 50 which I always though was impossible. I hope Tetenal E6 is back in stock soon.

Very nice. Like the pattern of trees. I didn't notice grain, but then the jpg probably obscures them.

    Steven,

I practically lived at Magnolia Gardens for a few years. I still get a yearly pass, but have not spent as much time there recently. As far as my gallery is concerned, I have not updated it in about five years. I really need to do that. Too bad we did not meet while you lived here!

Thank you again Steven. The grain is visible on the full res scan which was just at 2500 DPI. I'll try to post a crop so you can see what I am talking about. I compared it with my Tetenal E6 processed images and the the difference is noticeable when looking at them side by side. It very well could be user error as this is the first time I used Arista E6 kit but better to be safe than sorry.

Here is my final image of my Westfork Fall Color image. Well, I might do 1 small thing, but I need to stare at it or should I say, not stare at it for a while.

    Re: post your trees!

So, after converting to jpg and srgb from adobrgb1998 using PS export command, this image is much more saturated than the original it came from. It also appears more saturated than when uploaded to flicker? Any thoughts?

    Re: post your trees!

Steven, I have noticed the same on my images with Flickr lately. I wonder if they changed something that is now tinkering with our images. I first realized that my images looked very different on Flickr just last week so it is something new on their end.

I hope they figure it out and fix it.

    Re: post your trees!

I started wth a fresh conversion thru Colorneg and removed a colorcast that seems to be affecting the tree trunk and providing an overall cast to the image that now pointed out, I am not liking.
