Blue tape left, right and centre for correct framing.
Sit down and adjust the point of your meter tape where your eye is. Stop it.
Go to your camera. Focus at meter point. Remove dark slide.
Go back, sit down,put your eye where the tip is, remove the meter tape and fire your shutter.

Bravo. The contrast and framing are wonderful. The use if the slightly bent straight edge is avant garde. I love the sweet look of the French Parisianne bistro "cigarette stain" walls.

The slats in the background provide a nice contrast to the otherwise vertical look of the photo.

I forgot to ask, how do you fire the shutter? I see that one hand is suspiciously out of sight, one of those pneumatic shutter releases?
