No. It’s a Master Technika if the number is B511251. 1990.
If there isn’t a letter before the number then it isn’t.

This particular camera has no rangefinder, but the right side has a small "riser" on it that is where the RF would have gone. Was there a "no rangefinder" variant of the Master Technika? It's a listing on you know where from Japan if that means anything.

No but people sometimes removed it.
If it was a 2000 there would be a horizontal lever to focus the front standard when it is inside the camera body. The lever would be beneath the front standard when the standard is inside the body.

Can tell. When they went to B the first 6 were a continuation of the previous 7 digit # with the B being first and the last digit left off. So I presume that the later number series are the same.
But these numbers do not tell how many total cameras were made.
They tell year, month day series and number.
