    Fungus on Lens

How to clean the fungus on inner lens ? Will subjecting the lens to infra-red rays prevent fungus/cause old fungus to dry?

Best to have the lens separated, cleaned and recemented.

    Fungus on Lens

Placing the lens in direct sunlight will also help kill the fungus, or so I've read. You'll have to leave it in the sunlight for a few hours. It will do nothing to get rid of the existing (now hopefully dead) fungus, however. As Bill says, the only way to rectify that problem is have the lenses separated, cleaned, and recemented :-)
