Help for Aristo Cold Light Head D2 HI V54

    Here is my trouble:

I have an Aristo D2 HI V54 220V cold light head on my VXL45 Beseler.
As I start a printing session saturday, the head did not light on... I open it and found that one of the white soldered cord was disconnected.

Looking carefully to the head connexions, I guess to have located the solder spot, but without an electric diagram I could not confirm it.

    Could somebody help me?
    Thank you

    Jean-Bernard

Jean-Bernard. I would suggest getting in touch with Louise Kessler at LCD Lighting in Orange, Ct. You can email her at lkessler@lcd.com or call at 1-203-7877 xt 3163. She knows everything about the Aristo tubes. I am sure she will be able to help. Good luck! Robbie

Robbie, Thank you for the contact. I get in touch with Louise. Unfortunately, LCD Lighting did not kept any technical docs on Aristo heads (LCD is a lamp manufacturer)... but Louise provided me the following information

'From memory I recollect on the Aristo cold light head there are only two
    circuits.
One for the resisters on the back of the reflector plate and that is
controlled by the plug that goes into the wall socket.
The other is the ballast/lamp circuit that is plugged into the timer.
I would start by tracking each of the circuits and by deduction look at
the wiring that is for the Ballast/lamp circuit and see what's not
    attached.'

I guess this could be a starting point for fixing the problem...
