rodenstock 90mm. 4.5 lensboard for Linhof master tech

I just purchased the rodenstock 90mm 4.5 lens for my master tech and I need to know which lensboard and what accessories I should order for this lens? The cable release holder? I know it is a copal 1 shutter, however I am not sure whether I should be looking for a recessed board or not? Also, are there any other specifications I should know about that will help in my choosing a reasonably priced alternative to the Linhof products if they are indeed too expensive?

You need a flat Copal 1 board.
