I've played with them too, good solid cameras on par with Sinar, Arca, Linhofs. Hard to find accessories but it looks like you're nicely set!

If you want to see a huge inventory of Plaubel cameras and accessories, go to the web site www.ebay.de The German eBay. Search Plaubel, or Plaubel Peco.
You can translate the german pages to english in the alta vista translator babelfish or go to babelfish and insert the page address you want to translate and tell the tranlation service to translate from German to english, or any other language.
Lots of Plaubel there, as made in Germany.
I'm a little late, but I show you an adapter that I made to use Sinar / Horseman shutter in Plaubel cameras.

I have three Plaubel 4x5 Peco Profias, plus a lot of accessories and extra parts. I like Plaubel, I also have three Makiflexes, and a Makina III and IIIR.
In my studio I have the Peco Profia camera stand. This will easily support the front end of a car.
I have manufactured an adapter to put my Sinar Norma shutter and lensboards on the Peco Profia. It's really quite a great camera.

Peco Profia to Norma Shutter Adapter by Nokton48, on Flickr
Many years ago a friend Clockmaker/Camera Repairman built me this Plaubel Peco Profia to Sinar Norma Shutter Adapter. I have renewed interest in using my 4x5 Plaubel Peco Profias in my studio. These are center tilting cameras built like brick houses. Really really solid which I really really like.

Plaubel Peco Profia Eye Candy by Nokton48, on Flickr
I just picked up another Peco Profia Front Standard for $29 on Ebay. The Peco Profia Sliding 4x5/9x12 back I bought recently for $50. There are many many versions of the Peco Profias, depending on vintage, so do your due diligence with these. The Peco Profia Pan/Tilt Head is a good idea, really I consider it to be part of the camera design. Worth getting for a good price.
That's a 300mm Sinar Norma auto aperture Symmar on the left, and a 120mm Schneider Angulon Compur on the right. I'm also interested in the Komura LF shuttered lenses as they were marketed for the Peco Profia in the 70s. Highly regarded lenses different from anything I have ever owned.

Makiflex to Peco Profia Adapter 1 by Nokton48, on Flickr
Makiflex to Peco Profia Adapter 2 by Nokton48, on Flickr
This morning I made this Makiflex to Peco Profia Lensboard Adapter. The light grey adapter board in my Plaubel junk box fit the earlier Profias (flat board dosen't fit Peco Profia) so I carefully trimmed off the board edges with my Mini Band Saw, and filed the edges smooth. I then carefully lined up the two boards, and drilled four holes with my Mini Drill Press. I used hobby modeling screws to hold it all together, and redid the light trapping with new foam, on my new board.
I'm glad I didn't throw these pieces away! The black Peco Profia board had part of a Graflock Back attached, which I cleanly removed.
Something useful from two pieces of junk!

New to me Plaubel Peco Profia by Nokton48, on Flickr
This arrived here from Germany within the last couple of weeks. The lens is a Schneider 270mm Tele Arton and the 4x5/9x12 sliding roll back makes this fast to use. I am going to use 4x5 Graphmatics in it for now.
This is all original Plaubel Peco Profia from the 70s.
