    Building my first LF camera

I have an old Cambo monorail that I would like to turn into a fixed focus camera that I can toss in my pack while going hiking. Looking at a fixed 90mm or 65mm. Aside from the obvious things like using the existing rear standard, whats would my first step be?

Yes I 'm new to building cameras, aside from pinholes I have no other experience.

    Thanks

If you haven't already looked through this thread:

You can find a lot of ideas there.

Using a 65mm would simpler than the 90mm in that the camera would be smaller and your depth of field would be greater.
