While shooting at Dragon*Con over the weekend I snapped this photo on the way past this street musician. He looked up just as I snapped it. I love this shot and I think it's the best Fujiroid I've done. Schneider Xenotar f/3.5 at f/5.6 I think, 1/400, on Fuji 3000B.

    Bryan,

That is a good one. Classic feel to it. With the possible exception of the light fixture it could have been taken 40 years ago.

Got some flowers in the house, so I can't resist snapping some photos, but flowers are hard, man! They look pretty and all, but making good, interesting photos of them is no easy task. Not sure this one succeeded, but it counts as practice.

    Thanks!

That looks like a sea anemone or something!

Great use of the 8x10 Polaroid. I think I can count her eyelashes! And that "pull" looks particularly clean without too many artifacts. Is the film somewhat recent (as opposed to being expired ten years)?

A couple more flowers. Still playing with the set-up, background and bounce fill.

Thank you. That's the blessing and the curse of severely expired Polaroid materials, as I'm sure you well know: sometimes you get strange yet beautiful results, other times you get a useless, gooey mess.
