LF fashion was just plain normal procedure for trained photographers. It depended whether you shot for a client or for a magazine.
LF transparencies were easily re-touchable and clients enjoy making changes.
Another background paint job done on purpose for a series. 4x5 Ektachrome Gandolfi 135mm Sironar.
