You can record any timed sequence on a cd or cassette, and play it back in the darkroom. It's the cheapskate's way of doing it.

Take a look at the Gralab 900. It has several different beeper options, and eight steps.
Each step can be programmed with any of the available beep patterns, including a one-per-second metronome.

If you believe you can, or you believe you can't... you're right.

Maybe something like Chain Timer?

If you have an old Palm Pilot kicking around there is FotoTimer http://www.freewarepalm.com/clock/fototimer.shtml
Thank you all.
The Gralab 900 seems a little bit of an overkill inasmuch as I do not have a real darkroom and an enlarger...
I am one of the few living being without a cell phone or any other associated item (I do have a Kindle )
The CD seems a pretty good idea, a small CD player can probably be add for a few bucks.
I can see a CD collection:
- FP4 in Pyrocat 1+100
- TMY-2 in Tmax 1+9....
Cheers,
Luc
