    More bad news on the film front.

    Two of the companies that manufactures movie film cameras have made the last run and quietly shut down production to shift gears and start making digital movie cameras.

    Here's something to think about: Moore's "law," about how much can be packed onto a chip, keeps getting extended as clever people invent solutions to problems. Yes, the usage base of film is decreasing. But as long as the gargantuan master rolls are made, then conventional commercially-made film will be available.
