    Sinar F shift/swing locking problem

I have a Sinar F that generally is fine other than the rear swing/shift locking lever requires a lot of force to lock it down. Th front swing/shift is very stiff even if I remove the lever and spline screw. Anybody run across these problems before? I found a manual here http://www.image2output-support.com/sinar/ but I didn't see anything about adjusting that lever other than moving it around the spline.

    Thanks
    Chris

It's stiff at best, but other than sending it off or doing a DIY clean and lube? Buy another and swap - cheapest best way. I would buy two cheap Sinars and make one nice camera, sell the extra parts for spares. You can actually flip a profit LOL.
