just making sure, but is an adapter disc the same thing as a power disc with the gitzo gs5000c disc adapter screwed on?

also, is the gs3320d power disc interchangeable with the gs2320d power disc? as far as i can tell, there shouldn't be a problem swapping one for the other. i just can't find it written down.
