I need help from someone in Phoenix

I am going to get an used camera from somebody in Phoenix who insists on cash. No Paypal. I got burned not long ago by buying something wrongly described online. Check sent and cashed and wrong item received which I almost threw away that day.

Anyway, I wonder if any member in Phoenix can help me this time? I will Paypal you the money as "gift" and you go there to pick it up and send it to me via USPS.

Although it sounds like an insult to someone, but I insist to pay you for your time and trouble.
