19" Wollensak f:4 Varium

Does anyone know the approximate weight of this lens in a studio shutter ( it is the later aluminum barrel not the early brass)?

My 19” aluminum barrel Varium in Studio shutter weighs 7lbs 3oz. This does not include flange or lens cap.

For comparison, my 16” brass barrel Varium weighs an even 8lbs, and the 16” is appreciably smaller than the 19”.

The OP could have asked the seller of the Varium that just sold on eBay - I expect that auction was what caused this thread? Did anyone here get that lens? I watched, but didn't bite.
