    well...
when making portraits on paper negatives I always tell my students:
One person is fine - two are much more difficult - three: forget it...
And then I tried to see if I could do four...
    Crazy,, but fun..
    like a new girl band..

The contrasting lines on the two women in the middle are great. Those two in those same outfits would be an interesting portrait.

And it is surprising the pull on the eye of the little necklace on the left.

I really like the look of paper negatives but was struggling with 45 second exposures. You are using flash?

ID:	187851I've been learning how to get the best from paper negatives and am now pretty happy with the results - ISO 6 is used for metering.
Paper negs are scanned, inverted and flipped horizontally.
I am using a 1900s Thornton Pickard 5x7 view camera.

Got a visit of these two young girls...
They wanted to try to be photographed with an old camera and a lens that is 165 years old...
They were SO good at posing...
