I only have Toyo and they are very good and very stable.

In the last decade many NOS sheet film holders in box were cheap and all I bought work fine

If I was buying new, I would buy Toyo, but I don't need any more holders in this life

I still collect very good examples of all brands, types and sizes of holders

I prefer wood holders for wood backs

Metal and plastic camera backs prefer plastic

I have a couple all metal film holders too

So far, I have Hasselblad to 14X17

    No need to be critical.

The search facility on this site is a bit complicated and not very intuitive. And besides, an occasional repeated topic is a good refresh for everyone.

Actually, no need for you to be critical.

If you read the thread, it is about excluding bad options to leave those that are good.

    Thus, “read between the lines”.

Trust me - if I was going to be critical, there would be no ambiguity about it.

I am very pleased with the Chamonix wood and carbon combination, cannot be beaten by any used plastic Fidelity, Toyo or Lisco. They seem dust immune.
