Lens thread size/what size hole?

Hi everyone,
I'm brand new to this and have a question about my Schneider Symmar 135mm Synchro Compur P. It is currently mounted on a Sinar plate but I would like to try it on my Linhof mount camera. Can anyone either tell me what thread dia it is or point me in the direction of somewhere that I can find out what size Linhof plate I need? Thanks for any help and advice.
