Sepia toner in Canada?

I can't seem to find any Sepia toner for sale in Canada, and it seems the "regular" sepia toners can't be shipped by air or internationally. I have found some Kodak Sepia II at Darkroomcentral, but it tones too strongly for my taste. Anyone know any stores that carry it?
