    Thanks Erik Larsen, I got the pump you recommended and it's on it's way! I'll set it up with some kind of bleeder valve, and a pressure gauge. Not sure how yet, but hopefully the guys at the hardware store can help me out!

    Usually hardware stores will have a T fitting and a brass ball valve you can use for the bleeder in the refrigerator tubing area. Pond/Aquarium stores have dual line valves for air pumps that would work too.
    The magic you are looking for is in the work you are avoiding.
