    Why do you photograph?

I'm interested to hear why you photographers out there photograph. What drives you to go out and do this?

    Re: Why do you photograph?

Something compels me to do something. I enjoy it. It is an outlet for my vision. I think visually. Photography is a good mix of art and technical. I like the people.

I do whatever the film grain tells me to do.

    Seriously, it is a compulsion.

    Re: Why do you photograph?

I enjoy creating visual images - I like the challenge and I like the personal satisfaction of making a successful image. I also like the constant learning process involved with Photoshop and other programs. And I like fooling around with the hardware.
