Hi,

I have finally got myself an LF camera. It's a 4x5 Wista DX.

I live on the Mornington peninsula, and shoot in every format I can get my hands on. Exclusively in b&w for now, until I get a jobo for colour work.

At this stage I'm yet to shoot any sheets as I haven't fitted my lens to a lensboard yet.

Hi there and welcome! I don't post all that much here but I saw the Mornington Peninsula reference and it brings back fond memories (I'm an ex Melbournian and now living on the West Coast of the South Island of NZ.) Before I moved Mornington Peninsula was one of my favourite photography locations (my parents had a beach house in Rosebud) and I shot many a transparency there as I starting learning LF myself. There are many stunning beach locations as I'm sure you know! Here are a couple of examples of some of the stuff I shot down that way.

Welcome from Hawaii. I've spent a lot of time in Victoria; I was just there this past September. Unfortunately, I haven't been over to the Mornington Peninsula yet, but spent some time photographing around Lakes Entrance last year. Lovely area.
