    about Collodion (wet plate process)

    Hi, all

    I have a few questions.
    can The Collodion expired if i don't use it for 1 year or how much time?
    How much of the salted collodion mixtur for one 11"*14" plate ?

    salted collodion will work but it will be contrasty and very slow if a year old. it is best used from 5 days old till about 2 months. after that it begins toi slow and get more contrast. i have used 6 month old stuff with no problem. i have not tried a year as i use it up before that.

    not sure how much you need for 1114. never measured.

    500 ml of the salted collodion mixtur for How much 11*14 plate ?

    and only "The Collodion UPC" How long i can save it.
