    camera show and get-together

Dallas/Ft. worth area. Local "camera show" is coming up on October 2-3. These shows are getting to be less and less to see, but I propose at least making it an excuse for a DFW "get-together". There are some Starbucks in the area (Grapevine) and there is always the Main Street Bakery. Open to ideas, but how about a breakfast/coffee meet up on Saturday morning (Oct 2) and then those that wish can go over to see what's for sale.

EDIT: Should have put location in thread title - sorry.

Go to the Don's Photo Equipment website and print out a copy of the main page.

Bring it along, and get a $1.00 discount on the price of admission to the camera show.

How about meeting at the Main Street Bakery in Grapevine on Sat. morning, Oct 2nd, between 8:30 and 9:00 AM?

That will give us time to eat breakfast and get to the show when it opens at 10 AM.

Sounds Great Eugene! We always try to make the Saturday show. Breakfast sound like a winner!

Time and Place. Check. I knew you guys would come through. I've also posted this on that other analog site.

    Cheers.

Y'all always pick a weekend when I am exiled to Houston.

Why not meet for a much better breakfast at the ORIGINAL PANCAKE HOUSE on 1505 William D Tate Ave right off 114?
    Easier parking as well!

I'm fine with that. Any other suggestions? Comments? Counter-proposals?
