I will be traveling to San Jose, CA next week and am looking or a store who carries sheet film near San Jose. Any suggestions?

Santa Clara valley is known as Silicon valley.
Silicone valley is likely the San Fernando valley in southern Cal, where all the porn movies are made.
Anyway, Keeble & Shuchat in Palo Alto does carry sheet film: http://www.kspphoto.com/
It'd be cheaper to get it shipped to you from B&H or Freestyle anyway, especially as you don't have to pay taxes on either in MA.

I'd just fly with film if possible, so you don't have to risk not having the emulsion you want/need.
just print off a copy of the tsa's "flying with film" sheet, and put that in your film bag when asking for a hand inspection.
works fine
or ship it to an address(or post office addressed to you, just say "hold for pickup in person")

Keeble & Shuchet in Palo Alto carries sheet film.
When we travele to the Bay Area, I hand-carriy my sheet film in a carry-on bag. Put it through the carry-on scanner - essentially not make a point of calling anyone's attention to it.
The Bay Area probably has more LF photographers per square mile than any other place on the planet, and the TSA scanners at San Jose and San Francisco are very familiar with LF. If you can get your film there, you will have not problem at all in getting it home.
I am disappointed after opening this thread…no boobs!
Yes, and here in the SFV we generally use the following photographic approaches to get all of those silicone-enhanced beauties in the frame: VLF or Panorama-format. We tend not to use stitching because the models have been through enough of that already and we'd not want to incite any post-traumatic stress!
