Agreed, a small format vintage soft focus lens is hard to find.

Someone got a good deal, auction at Harrogate, UK, this lot of three caskets went for a total of £480 (IIRC), inc commission that's £610 (~ $777):

TTH 'gift set' - a Series III No. 266 4 1/4 x 3 1/4, Eq Focus 5.04in and No 15153, Eq Focus 10.45in (an RV or RVP)
