David, if thats the one on ebay then scroll down to the bottom of the page, its 165mm not 65mm.

The Paragon lenses, made by Ilex Optical, was considered "unremarkable" by most. You can take that at face value. It will cover 4X5 but 5X7 seems questionable to me. Probably limited movement capability.
