National Parks at Scott Nichols gallery, SF

    http://www.scottnicholsgallery.com/e...rks/index.html

I'm a little late on this, as it's been up since last month. But still, it was awesome to see.

For those who've watched the "National Parks - Our Best Idea" (or similar?) series, you'll love this. You might even hear Peter Coyote voicing over inside your head... or that John Muir scholar. ;-)

The AA print of Mt. Mckinley is breathtaking, and asking $55,000 IIRC.
All of the work is gorgeous, and many of them significant.

QT - you seem to be very involved in National parks work -- assume you've seen the Scott Nichols show?

Thanks for posting Brian. I'm making it a point to see this exhibition before it leaves the bay area. I'm especiall interested in viewing the Carlton Watkins and Henry Jackson originals along with the rest - esp the Phillip Hyde and Annie Bingham prints. I wonder if Phillip Hyde photographed with color negative film?
