Enlarger Height

Can someone tell me with a 300mm lens and 10x8 neg the height needed from negative carrier to baseboard to produce 30" print and 24" print.

I came up with a distance of 400mm between the lens and the negative and a distance of 1200mm between the lens and the easel to obtain a 3x enlargement. (i.e. 8"x10" to 24"x30".) That makes a total distance of 1600mm or 63" between the easel and the negative.

And, to make a 24" print requires a distance of 425mm between the negative and the lens and a distance of 1020mm between the lens and the easel. That's a total of 1445mm or 56.9".
