I'm shooting 5x8 on an 8x10 by masking the back standard behind the film holder. It gets me 2 shots per sheet, but more importantly its the size I want to contact print. Bit tricky to track which side has already been shot, hence the double exposure below. Not what I intended, and initially frustrating, but now I like it enough to print it at some point.

An early-morning shot of Lemhi Pass (N. Idaho), looking West – the same view Meriwether Lewis enjoyed (August, 1805) as he stepped from the Missouri River basin into the Columbia River basin.

Of course, his view wasn't marred by the light leak on the left, or the modern haze concealing the snow-clad rocky mountains in the far distance. ;^(

BTW, this is one of the very few areas Lewis and Clark traveled that hasn't changed much at all since their cross-country adventure.

First sheet out of the tank was blank and I immediately thought, wtf. Then it dawned on me and I slumped in posture and thought, okay, who got it.

Tried my "new" Yankee 4x5 development tank for the first time. 12 negatives at the same time... sounds great until some of the negatives come out of their holding slots. 3 images were not properly developed in the group. The problem was the top rack moved out of position before the fixer and left this result. I think it looks rather interesting as it is.

I found some strange shapes and I already noticed was exposing my negs with my safe light. I´m using a 1w red led light.

Long exposure on 8x10 x-ray film of some local fireweed. I didn't realize until development that during the exposure it wilted due to the heat from the lamps.

IMHO - I think the wilting adds to the shot
