New work made with my recently acquired Intrepid 5x7.

This is Delta 100 exposed at 64 ASA and developed in Crawley's FX-37. Lens used was the exceptional Kodak Ektar 203mm.

Wonderful image, Paul. You're a master of the B&W craft.

Thank you Barry, that's very generous praise. I hope I earned it.

Ciao Renato. It was a really nice meeting this year. We took a lot of pictures even some with that old pack of expired 4x5 Polaroid that you gave me 5 years ago.
We missed you and we missed also Giovanni that could not be with us too. I promised him that i will go to meet him in his house when he will feel better.
I hope next year we will be all together here in Toplecca. We will keep in touch. If you came here also in August let me know that we will meet even just for a coffe and a couple of Amor at the Svizzeri in the center of Ponremoli.

Too bad Giovanni couldn’t make it either. Hoping to come for a few days in mid October… we’ll see. Espresso and amor pastries sounds like an excellent idea

This is made on Ilford Delta 100, exposed at 50 ASA and processed in D-23 1:1 and the 6 & 3/8" Kodak Anastigmat lens (f11.5). Ilford's Delta constantly impresses me, and it works well in D-23. That old Kodak Anastigmat lens is no slouch either.

Its so 3D that I can feel the petals on my face.

Also agree that Delta 100 is impressive.

My very first 5x7 shot. More of a desperate gotta-try-it-out shot. The Intrepid 5x7 arrived in less than 6 weeks from ordering date. I am quite happy with how it handled. I had a APO-Symmar 210mm ready to go. I wished I had something a bit wider.

    Westminster Castle, Colorado

    Intrepid 5x7 + APO-Symmar 210mm + Arista EDU Ultra 100 + Rodinal

And here is the obligatory behind the scene shot:
